Is the city of CT still going to impliment those Liqour By-laws? And whats the latest?

We will decide on how to take forward the liquor by-laws after the election. We need better regulation but also take other factors into account. We will get onto it after 18 May.

Cape Town will implement the liqour bylaws. We are waiting for the promulgation of the new Provincial Act.
