So the judge said the city of CT must cover the toilets. what material wil be used, iron? And what action will be taken if the ANCYL mafia tears down the newly errected toilet enclosures again?

We tried to cover them 3 times before and enclosures were torn down by ANCYL.We will try again - @iannieison might have details.
